In order for our children to compete in the global economy, they will need to acquire 21st-century skill set to position themselves for success. They will need to be able to critically think about complex matters and know when to be collaborative on issues that require great minds to come together. 

Their communication skills must be elevated so that they are on par with society's brightest and most accomplished students. They must put their creativity to good use by seeking out and finding opportunities for self-growth. If they are to be successful in this endeavor, they must yield only to logic and sound advice when given to them.
